Place oil, lime juice, honey and mustard in a screw top jar and shake until well combined. Seasoned.
In large bowl arrange lettuce on the base combine lentils, watermelon, cucumber, onion and olives. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and squeeze extra lime if required. Gently toss in the nasturtium leaves, flowers and sprinkle pomegranate arils. Serve immediately.
