Grease and line a rectangular tray and keep it aside.
Heat ghee in a pan. Add chopped figs, cook for 5 to 7 minutes in a medium fire.
Add 3 tbsp of water and keep stirring it until it is mushy, now add chopped dates and raisins, cook for few minutes till they are really soft and you don't notice any chunky bits.
Now add roasted nuts, spices and rose water.
Mix them well and remove them from fire.
Spread the mixture into the tray and sprinkle the petals and finely chopped pistachios.
Cling wrap them and Refrigerate it for at least 2 hours before slicing them.
