Preheat the oven at 160 degrees fan forced. Sift flour, almond meal salt and baking soda. In a separate bowl, whisk in peanut butter and unsalted butter together until soft and creamy. Add sugar gradually. Mix them until creamy. Beat in egg and vanilla. Add shifted flour to the batter and mix well.
Roll into marble size balls and place them on a lined cookie sheet. Bake them for 8 to 10 min. Remove them from the oven and while they are still hot, place the chocolate kisses and press them slightly. Let them set aside for 10 minutes.
Alternatively, roll the dough into small balls. Place them on a lined cookie sheet. Gently flattened them with a fork, to make the traditional mark on the top of the cookie. Bake for about 8 to 10 mins.
