In a bowl whisk together dressing ingredients and set it aside.
Cook soba noodles according to the packet instruction. Drain and keep it aside.
In a pan heat 1 tsp of sesame oil. Cook prawns and tofu with 1 tsp soy sauce until nice and golden.
Remove from pan. Add 1 tsp of sesame oil and stir in the vegetables, add 1 tsp of soy sauce.
Cook for couple of minutes. Now add the cooked soba noodles, prawns and tofu.
Stir in the dressing. and toss gently.
Serve hot with chopped peanuts
